This means if the majority votes for the minority to be shoveled into ovens, it is then legal. Section 3 of Canadian Charter of rights and freedom said, every citizen of Canada has the right to vote in an election of members of the House of Commons or of a legislative assembly and to be qualified for membership therein.No House of Commons and no legislative assembly shall continue for longer than five years from the date fixed for the return of the writs of a general election of its members.Ethical: Fundamental freedoms:In my opinion, the Fundamental Freedoms section is the most important section in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Everyone has the right to believe in and practice their religion and have their own thoughts.The second section of Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms said everyone has the following fundamental freedoms, freedom of conscience and religion, freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication, freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association.Ontario Human Rights Code said you have the right to education, community and other services that respect your sincerely held religious practices and beliefs.YRDSB School Policies said every student has rights to have their belief and religion.Physical: Legal rightsSection 7 of Canadian charter and freedoms said, Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.The legal rights in Ontario include, the right to remain silent, the right to retain and instruct counsel without delay upon detention or arrest, the right to a trial in a reasonable amount of time and etc.
